The question with pet treats and toys

jartopha plantAs many of us know, a  source of glycerin in many imported dog treats, has lead to a suspicion that it is not healthy for our pets.  This source of glycerin comes from a plant called Jatropha (pictured left). The FDA has also released warnings regarding the potential danger for humans and animals alike. The challenge is that the testing for these chemicals has not caught up with the technology of beating them.  Recent studies have shown that most imported dog treats are made with some form of this product.

What should you do? Do not risk the health of your best friend to save a dollar.  Search for American made pet supplies, this will give you peace of mind and also support an American business!
